make a responsive image

Hello Aigars,

my site is called: www.myschoolpad.de

in the header right there is a mascot. In the past I have involved the code for the mascot in the background of my header per css. Now I have involved the code for the mascot in the normal header-tempelate. Have you maybe an idea, how I can make the mascot responsive? Because on the mobile-phone it look very bad. It is best if the elements are displayed in the header to each other.
