Hope you are well. Another question for you with regards to Dazzling. How do I allow an image to cover the full width, not be constrained to only 300px wide. It’d like the logo to go across the page with the menu below it, without having to crop my image.

You can try achieving this by using the attached small plugin specially developed for you.
After activating the plugin on your site please set large image as header image of your site.
