Hey
When you use categories to create submenu’s, the submenu’s opens when hover, but when you click instead of hover, you get an error page.
example:
page A
→ Page AA
→ Page AB
------> Page ABA
------> Page ABB
→ Page AC
Page B
Page C
Page A and Page AB are categories and have submenu’s.
But when clicking on Page A and Page AB you get the error ‘nothing found’ please try search
Is there a way to disable clicking on categories or another sollution.

I think you didn’t understand my question well. The submenu’s are working, but when clicking on a submenu instead of hover, then you get aan error.

I see the issue now. Do you have posts assigned to that category? You need to assign a few posts or pages to the categories.

IM not sure if this is or not the menu problem, most probably no, because if links are correct then they should show something on the page, link is showing nothing even accessing them without the menu, try this page:
https://www.compaz.be/web/category/spiritualiteit/
this means link to this category is not correct and you have to fix it
if you are using category menu element you can use custom link menu element to link the menu to category
