Menu Dropdown Arrow Showing incorrect image

Currently, the dropdown arrow on my menu is showing as an invalid symbol instead of the arrow that it should be.

I have attempted a few solutions I found on the support board such as editing the .htaccess file and just making it invisible through CSS, but no luck. My version of Shapely is up to date.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sowwy but why we are the hiding dropdown menu? this is the code yu are using that hides default dropdown menu:

.shapely-dropdown {
display: none;
}

please remove it

That code is not anywhere in my additional CSS and I went so far as to remove all my additional CSS and it did not fix the issue.

I found the issue is with the Beaver Builder plugin. However this plugin is crucial to how I’m formatting my site. Do you have any suggestions as to how I can fix it otherwise?
