Menu not displaying - Photographer template

Hi, bought the Photographer template today and went live with it - the nav menu isn’t displaying on a macbook once uploaded to my domain but it does work on mobile, ipad and desktop computer.

The menu DOES appear as normal when viewed locally on a macbook - what could this be?
