There’s not really much I can do about it as this is not theme related, but it has to do more with how and what you installed for you session.
I’m not familiar with microdata missing, but I suspect it has to do with the sitemap and schema.org

Try installing a plugin like Google XML Sitemaps and see if it fixes all of your issues, but it might still require sending a sitemap to google.
