Previously there was an arrow in the lower right corner of the website which would return the browser to the top of the website in both the desktop and mobile views. This is no longer present. How do I get this back?

This seems not working on your shared site due to the javascript errors occurred on your site as shown in the attached screenshot.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Thank you for the information. I deactivated all of the plugins and then activated them one by one. I found two that were causing the problem. The arrow is now active again.
