Mobile Carousel Not Displaying, and texts are far froom the image

Hi,

I was able to get the carousel to work on desktop, but on mobile it doesn’t seem to work. I have attached the screenshot from phone. There’s a list of numbers and the caption is way above the image.

I also see this error:

JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1
(index):204 Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).carousel is not a function
at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> ((index):204)
at i (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)
at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)
at Function.ready (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)
at HTMLDocument.K (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)

The Javascript error only appears on mobile. Confirmed in multiple mobile browsers.

Hi @moomers,

Could you send us your live website so we could check?

Thanks,

Cristian

Yep! http://www.lizyubeauty.com/

Thank you!

Hi moomers,

I just checked your website from different browsers on mobile and it behaves very good.

What I notice is that you have the jetpack mobile settings activated, try to deactivate them and you will have our theme responsive mobile in place.

Thanks,

Cristian

Hi Cristian,

That’s weird, I tried it on both samsung s5 and one 2 one phone, both displayed like my screenshot there.

I just tried it on chrome on the s5, and here is what it looks like.

I also noticed the blue menu on top, how would I make that the same color as the desktop theme, in purple?

Thanks!

Ahhh I just saw the 2nd half of your response. That worked well. Thank you so much!

One last thing. There is a huge space above the carousel and no text. Is that the way it’s supposed to be?

Thanks!

Sorry for the delay here.

Do you still need assistance for it so we can continue helping you?
