we’re using one of your lovely free Email templates and encountered a problem for mobile displays.
The template is being used as the base for a newsletter on CleverReach. Our issue here with the mobile/responsive display is that we’re using a saluation that needs different versions to address recipients as we don’t have the necessary information for all of them.
But because of this the part with the address stretches the mobile display way too wide. As you can see in the screenshot, the salutation (this one: {GESCHLECHT[salutation:custom|Liebe Frau |Lieber Herr |Liebe Leserinnen und Leser]}{NACHNAME}) is too wide so that on mobile it can’t fit into the container anymore.
Do you have a suggestion for us on how we can ensure that the text doesn’t overflow the container?
