Mobile menu not responding/ Tried removing all plugins already

Hi,
our navigation menu is not responding in mobile view. Already tried removing all plug ins and that didn’t resolve the problem. Please advise.

Hi there

Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Remove custom Javascript and custom templates (if any).

Good Morning,
Deactivated all plugins and removed all custom CSS. Still, the menu isn’t responding in mobile view. Any additional advice would be appreciated.
