Move Comments To The Bottom

Hi
At first, I have to thank you for this great theme and also for the great support. I am using Activello theme. I am very new to web development and like to be sure to make the right change in FTP in wp-content/themes/activello/single.php) and move lines 17 to 22 between the get_sidebar() and get_footer() functions.

Is it the grey lines that I should move?

Yes to move the comments, you have to move the selected code as shown in your shared screenshot.
