Moving jumbotron title and buttons lower for mobile and tablet?

I added a sticky menu bar with a background which messed up the location of the jumbotron title and buttons. I fixed it on the desktop version using:

#header .bottom-header {
    padding-top: 450px;
    padding-bottom: 450px;
}

But I’m not super familiar with CSS so this was just copy and pasted meaning I don’t know how to adjust it to work on all screen sizes. Thanks and I love the theme!

Additional question. I have the menu set up to scroll down the page to the appropriate section, but when it scrolls it puts the middle of the section at the top of the screen rather than the top of the section so you have to manually scroll up a little to see the top. How can I fix this?
