"Navigation" appeared in my menu!?

Greetings,

The word ‘Navigation’ appeared in my menu, out of nowhere.
There is no page nor post named ‘Navigation’ and there is no ‘Navigation’ in Appearance–>Menus
Where did it come from and how can I remove it?
