Need help! can't install template in wordpress

I purchased the Appetizer template last week. I tried to upload and use it on my WordPress, but Bluehost’s support told me that I need the Child file. Please let me know how can I get the Child file. Please advise.

It’s not a WordPress theme, it’s HTML template and can not be installed on WordPress
