Need refund! There were no advice theme wasn't for wordpress

Hello, support team.
I’ve read several post where HTML themes where buoght with no advice of “NON Wordpress theme”.
It seems it’s a regular issue. As a matter of fact, URL is https://colorlib.com/wp/template/jobportal/ … What should i understand if there is a “wp” category??
Please need a full 19 USD refund, because i need to bought a wordpress joab board theme to keep working for my client.

There is no single mention of WordPress theme in the HTML templates
You need to initiate refund process from the payment system you made a purchase
