No page-entry title and no collapse navigation bar

I made a Child theme from Sparkling with Chil Theme Configurator. Everything worked well until today.
Now I don’t see the page title (class=entry-title) anymore and when I resize the screen to gsm-screensize the menu disappears.
I get the following notices:

What to do?

I tried to use the parent theme Sparkling instead of the childtheme but the problem remained.

Firebug says:
GET http://localhost:8888/als_nieuw/wp-content/themes/sparkling/inc/css/bootstrap.min.css.map -> [HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found 1087ms]

I hope you are doing well today.

Are you using a local environment? It appears that you are using MAMP so it may be the case that it was not configured properly so it would be best to check the settings of the application.
