I have purchased a Template Name SEO from Colorlib That is WP template but I am not able upload that in WordPress please help

It’s not a WordPress theme, its an HTML template and that’s why you cant upload it in WordPress themes.

Hello,
I purchased the expo SEO theme however, I could not download the zip load on my WordPress account because the style.CSS style sheet is missing from the down loaded theme zip file. please advise where I can download the above mentioned file so I can properly activate the theme on my WordPress account.
