Old Wordpress menu still linking

Hi,

I moved the wordpress site using Dazzling from messagesfromtheheart.com.au to sharonhalliday.com.

It all looks fine, homepage displays header fine at sharonhalliday.com, except when I click on items in the menu bar from the homepage, it then shows the menu bar of the old website (see the sitename change and the drop down links change to the old site URL).

What is happening here and how can I fix it?

I have checked the links and both of the website menus appear to be the same.
Could you please add an image of this issue?
