One of the pages is missing from a template, the link to the page is there but there is no page

I downloaded a portfolio website template called Scenic. Every page works fine, it’s just I’m missing the blog page. I even checked on the preview and when I click on Blog from the navigation pane it literally says page not found. Is there a way to obtain the missing documents for this specific page?

From what I see this template does not contains blog page even in the original package, its not presented even in our demo,
