Pagination for a page

I would like to know whether we can enable pagination for a page, not a blog. For a blog, it is working automatically. Please check this page http://income.jayakumar.net/payment-proofs/

As I add more payment proofs, the page adds more scrolling. Is it possible to enable pagination for this page?
