Paid for lifetime not able to use

Wow, totally unacceptable. Not able to reply after 3 messages??

Day 2 of not being able to use the Lifetime membership which we paid $349 for. Unacceptable. HORRIBLE customer service. I am left with no choice but to contact Paypal and dispute the charge.

We are working on fixing this ASAP. Will keep you posted on the progress.

There appears to be a bigger problem in the system. Meanwhile, if there are any templates that you would like to start using now, please send the name or URL, and will send them to you manually.

I would just like a refund at this point. I had to buy templates from another site for my project on the 12th and the 13th. I would’ve rather just paid here and kept the lifetime, but at this point it doesn’t make sense to pay for two different platforms.

The issue I have is how long it took for y’all to communicate back with us as well as only being able to reply 3 times as a new member. I just want out at this point.

We understand your concerns and have issued a refund. It could take up to several days for PayPal to process it.
