Parse Error on Install

Hello, I get the following error when Illdy is activated or when clicking Live Preview:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM in C:\Web\sophomeinspection.com\wp-content\themes\illdy\inc\libraries\welcome-screen\class-epsilon-welcome-screen.php on line 229

I’ve tried clearing out the cache as was suggested in another thread. Any idea what could be causing this?

It seems you’re using a low version of PHP, please contact your host and ask them to update the PHP version to the latest they have.
