Is there a quick fix to this? Or does this require a developer?

Is it working for you using default WordPress theme like Twenty Fifteen?

Plugin works with other themes but not Shapely. Is this a plugin issue or a theme issue? Thanks!
If it is working with other themes then it doesn’t seem the plugin issue.
Could you please share me the page URL from your site where it is not working so that i can troubleshoot it?
