Portfolio Homepage Widget Order help

Hello,

How do I modify or lock the order of how the portfolios appear on the homepage profile widget on desktop and mobile? The order on the site http://decantedthemovie.com/ seems to be in the order as they appear or were added in WordPress but when I view it on my iPhone they are in reverse order (but responds correctly on desktop). And then sometimes when I view it on desktop they are reversed. It doesn’t seem to be consistent.

Where is this randomize check box?

I want to lock the order of the profile items in the homepage portfolio widget. Any help would be great!

I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Shapely theme.

I tried to access your shared site but it is displaying me the error message “This site can’t be reached”.

Could you please share me the screenshots of the issue?

Also is it displaying fine for you on the following demo site?

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I see it working on your demo site - its in the same order on desktop, desktop reduced to mobile size and on my mobile device. But on my live site http://decantedthemovie.com/ (you cant view this site?) the order on desktop and desktop reduced to mobile size is one way (the order as shown in the Wordpress backend) but then on my actual mobile device (iPhone) the order is reversed.

I’m running Shalely Theme Version: 1.0.2

But then I logged out of wordpress and looked at the site again and on desktop and desktop reduced to mobile view the order is reversed.
Is there a way to define the order of how the profiles show up?

This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except jetpack and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

No i am still getting that error message as shown in the attached screenshot.

Please note that the latest published portfolio project is displayed first and oldest to last.

Also to test it on resized browser you can use the tool http://www.responsinator.com

perfect! thanks, I figured it out. I had bulk published the portfolios but then I just updated the published dates for each in the order I wanted them and that worked which follows your statement - Please note that the latest published portfolio project is displayed first and oldest to last.
