Hi. I have a problem - images from portfolio are visible on computers, but on mobile phones, you can’t see them. There are just their borders with image name. What can I do with it? thanks
Hi @vladt,
I hope you are well today and thanks for posting here.
Could you please share me your site URL where it’s happening so that i can troubleshoot it?
Kind Regards,
Movin
Hi. Website is rustychoc.sk
It’s displaying for me on my mobile device as shown in the attached screenshot.
Which browser are you using?
Could you please try using different browser?
I have tried it on chrome and safari on various phones, yet it still shows it this way.
This can be due to W3 Total Cache that you are using on your site.
Please try clearing cache from this plugin or temporary deactivating it.
Also can you visit the following image directly in your mobile browser?

It seems the image file name contains some special symbols so some mobile browsers may be not loading them so try renaming those images without having special symbols.
thanks its working. is there any chance to make those pictures smaller on mobile?
thanks
You are most welcome here
is there any chance to make those pictures smaller on mobile?
Yes we can make it by developing custom CSS code but to help us keep support thread separates could you please create new thread for your new question here Shapely - Colorlib Support Forum instead of replying on your existing thread as it makes the thread messy and hard to read.
If you want to you can also add reference of this thread in your newly created thread.
We would be more than happy to help you on your new thread.
