Recent posts (>~150) have stopped adhering to the CSS. Padding, navigation and titles are now appearing and should not also recent posts are omitting images that should be added to the post.
I deleted the theme, re-installed, re-modified and the issue persists.
I do not know what information to provide to help troubleshoot (new to wp).

Problem solved. Guess I need to review my code again. For some reason having a duplicate image in the library was causing an issue. Using XYZ1.png when XZY.png was also in the library seemed to be causing the issue.
