Problem activating Illdy theme v 2.0.1

I am using Local to develop websites, and I am trying to install and activate the Illdy theme v2.0.1 but I am experiencing a fatal error when activating the theme.

I am on the latest version of Wordpress v6.5.2 and PHP v8.1.23.

Is this an issue with version compatibility or is it related to me using a local development environment, or something else?
