I need help asap please. I am not able to reduce the height of the footer using the Shapely theme. I’ve had Wordpress geniuses check into it and no one can figure out how to make the footer smaller.
Please advise ASAP!

You can use the custom CSS to reduce it by installing the Custom CSS plugin, there you can paste the custom css to adjust the heights in the website.
Simple:
Navigate to the Page
Go to Custom CSS section
Paste the Codes to Adjust the heights
