Problem installing a theme on WP

Hi guys,

I’m trying to install Stylistic Stylistic - Free Modeling Agency Website Template 2021 - Colorlib on wordpress but i really can’t find a way to do it. It says i’m missing style.css (which actually IS in the folder) and index.php to make it work. I have no clue how to proceed. Any ideas ? (i tried using the built-in wordpress theme uploader but it failed so i just copied the files in the wp-content/themes)

Sorry but its not a WordPress theme, its HTML template and can not be installed in WordPress
