Problem with blog background and header image (not responsive)

Hi, I’m new. I’m trying to do my site and I’m not very experienced in this area.
I have problems with background images that are not responsive.
How can I do?

PS: I can not link the site because it is in maintenance mode, if there are problems I can remove this mode to show you, while I leave the screen.
