I do not understand what the problem is.
The sliding of the finger touch is not the same as the other sites.
As soon as you leave your finger it does not flow, but it stops.
I do not know how to explain it if you do not leave the link to show you how it is.
PS: obviously I have this problem by opening the site by phone.

“The sliding of the finger touch is not the same as the other sites.” - well, that’s possible because scroll may not be the same for all sites, can you please check our demo if we have the same? if you don’t have same experience then i can help you but if the demo and your site has same behavior then im afraid we can’t do anything with it 
I tried with the demo of your theme but it is not the same.
Can it be that for some plugins?
