problem with the home page : only two latest posts

Hello ! I have a problem, on my home page we can see only two latest posts and not 3 (published the last one few hours ago for a try); I use the shapely latest posts widget, with the 4 posts option; I should be able to see my 3 latest posts on my front page but no. it remains empty. What can i do please ?
