Purchased template not working with Wordpress

Hello,

I purchased a template called Islagrande (for hotels) but I’m unable to use it in Wordpress. Is it not compatible? When I purchased it it said it was compatible but I’m unable to use it for my website.
I have emailed you multiple times with no response. Please let me know asap or refund me.

Im sorry but it’s not a WordPress theme, its an HTML template, and that is why you cant install it in WordPress.
