Where can i delete the quotation marks in the Testimonials Section please! “Lorem …”

To edit testimonials go to :
Customize > Testomional Section > Add Testimonials.

  1. Change the size of the header text.
  2. Size of the image.
  3. need no marks
  4. Change the size of text in the box.

You have send me some coding but nothing works actually. I tried a lot!
