Hello, I purchased the Amado website template but am unable to use it because it can’t be installed as a website or theme. I would like a refund to my Paypal account as per your policy of 14 day money back guarantee.

Dear @shreshth.mehra its not possible to install an HTML template into WordPress, it must be used as an HTML template.
