Refund request for Stellar (not a Wordpress theme)

I was under the impression that “Stella” was a Wordpress theme because of its URL being under WP. But after going through the “readme.txt” I found it states:
“STELLAR is a creative and modern HTML template…”

I did not intend to purchase an HTML template. May I have a refund please?
