I cannot figure out how to request a refund for a single template license. I didn’t need the license after all. Please advise. Thank you!

Hi there

Unfortunately, we have no refund policy for our templates. The only exception is when you purchase multiple licenses by accident. In that case, we can do a partial refund for the licenses that you don’t need.
