Remove extra title names above the image and above read more button

Hi there,
I previously have posted this in another thread but I don’t seem to get any replies, and I suspect because that thread header had a “resolved” tag, so I am trying to start a thread separately hoping someone will help to give a solution.
I am sure there are many people out there trying to look for the same solution.

I have notice an additional title name is appearing above the featured image and also the read more button and I am trying to remove it as it is annoying as it is very redundant. Any one can help??

I would edit the template but I can’t find it. If someone can tell me where to remove the code, I will.

Upon using the inspect function, I found these 2 codes:

It’s the extra title I want to remove but I don’t know how or where I can find it to remove.
Can someone please help?

Thanks.
