How do I remove the tooltip from my menu?

You can remove it by just adding space in the Title Attribute field of menu as shown in the attached screenshot.

This does not work for me, it shows a small empty box instead.

That suggestion is working fine for me on chrome browser.

Which browser are you using?

Could you please share me your site URL where it’s happening so that i can troubleshoot it?

It’s working fine for me on your shared site but if it is not working for you then you can try achieving this by using the attached small plugin specially developed for you that contains some custom code.
