Remove Sitemap info from footer area

Hi there, underneath my Jetpack info on my homepage, my main page titles are listed. How can I remove these please? I can’t figure it out from reading the theme documentation and can’t see anything in my Footer Widgets.

Instead, I’d like to include a shortlink to my T&S which is [my_terms_of_service_and_privacy_policy]
