When I shared a link of my blog on facebook it becomes displayed as is shown in the image. Is there a way to ensure that the highlighted text is not displayed when sharing a link via facebook?

You can install a plugin like YOAST SEO to change the look of the preview when the link is shared. The plugin adds metadata to the page that is used by facebook when it scraps your page.
You can change that metadata to look the way you want.
