Remove word Archive from Events Page title

Is there some simple CSS I can use to remove the word “Archives:” from the Events page? Just this word and the colon after it, not the whole page title.

And/or, is it possible to change the page title to something else altogether - like Programme instead of Events?

Hi

I found a line of php code which removed “Archive” from the page title. No I just need a way to change the default Events page title from Events to Programme.

Hey there,

I noticed that this is a Tribe events plugin, and the word “Events” is used as the title of the archive page. It would be best to change this directly in the plugin itself, as there is no way to do so from the theme.

Interesting that they say the title Archive: Events is controlled by the theme. I managed to remove the word “Archive” but don’t know how to change the word “Events”.

We don’t have such words “events” in our theme, its coming form the plugin, can you please check this with the plugin team?
