No the theme is not removed from wordpress.org but it is in the review process so once it gets approved it will be displayed there.

I was sure shapely theme was available in wordpress. Maybe I was thinking of your other theme sparkling instead.
From what I can tell Shapely - 1.0.6 was submitted 3 weeks ago.

Yes as said above it is in the review process so once it gets approved it will be displayed there in the WordPress themes repository.
