Removing the social icons from the footer of the website

Hi,

My site: www.resistthemundane.com.

The footer currently has 3 social icons that I’m not sure where it’s pulling the information from, but the links to them are to my personal social media accounts. I would like to remove them or edit the links but I cannot find where the theme is pulling the footer details from.

Also, can I remove the “Activello Theme by Colorlib Powered by WordPress” from the footer as well?

}
