Removing Ultimate Social Media PLUS plugin

I have been trying to remove the Ultimate Social Media PLUS plugin from my blog. It says that it is deactivated but when I check my installed plugins, it still shows up. I cannot seem to get rid of it. Any ideas? (Ex.http://www.seedoftomorrow.com/investment-idea-verisign/ ; the last ‘Share this’ line)

The last Share this line on your shared page is displaying by simple-share-buttons-adder plugin so try deactivating it.
