Removing URL's - make WordPress theme print friendly

When I print a page from our site, the url’s appear under any pictures or post title names on the sidebar and in the header. How do I remove those?

There are two things you can do:

  1. Create a separate print.css stylesheet that will be used only when trying to print your website. This is rather advanced approach.

  2. Second approach would be to use a plugin that would help you with that. There are many plugins for that and here are some free examples.

Thank you for the link. Hope I can figure out how to work one of those plug-ins. I just want readers to have a clean print-out.

I’m surprised that a plug-in is required. I work on 7 other websites, and have never seen anything like this.

Thank you, I found a plug in that doesn’t require CSS, Print Friendly. Works great! :slight_smile:
