I have idea about blogger templates.
i found much interesting template in colorlib but something i need is template with card based system with auto rensponsive image it may use data-sizes srcset or basics with media query .
In conclude the template is
responsive
based look like card/potrait not like television/landscape (more longer it can be 200px height on tablet view)
img responsive 
clean style and simple
and have 2 column view even on 320px extra-small screen
it can be like this
xtra small size and small size
[card1][card2]
tablet medium size
[card1][card2][card3] or till [card4]
desktop
show 6card
