Reset Functions.php File? 301 Redirect Snippet Gone Bad

I recently moved my blog from blogger to wordpress utilizing the Sparkling theme. I utilized a snippet of php code to redirect all my old blog’s posts, but when I added the function I broke my site. I can’t seem to find the error and was wondering if there is a way to reset the functions.php file? Or, what is the best way to get my site back up?

And now I can’t even log into Wordpress. Any and all help is appreciated.

Login on your website via FTP and replace your broken functions.php file with the original one. You can download original theme files from WordPress theme repository.
