I messed up when making some changes in the files and now the Title on the jumbotron isn’t there. I was originally trying to get rid of just the blog header titles, but it deleated the jumbotron title as well. Is there a way I can just reset everything?

You can use this plugin to reset wordpress, after this you will b able to import demo content again and start your design from the fresh demo
