"scoll with page" button not working on some front page sections

Hi,

I am trying to add background images to sections that do NOT scroll with the page. The relevant buttons work when I am customizing, but then when I publish the background scrolls automatically (which makes text very hard to read)

This is happening in two of the front page sections “full-width section” and “about”
